Privacy Policy: Text messages (SMS)

If you add a mobile phone number to your SkillHub account, we send a one-time verification code to that number by SMS to confirm it belongs to you. We use your phone number only to verify it and to protect your account; we do not send marketing text messages. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Terms: SMS verification messages

Program description. SkillHub (skill-hub.xyz, operated by Skillhub Labs) sends one-time passcodes by SMS to verify the mobile number you enter in the SkillHub app or website. You opt in by entering your own number and tapping Verify; a code is sent only on that action.

Message frequency. One message per verification request you initiate (typically fewer than five per month). We do not send recurring or promotional messages.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP or email contact@skill-hub.xyz for help. If you opt out you can still use SkillHub without a verified phone number.
